Rainy days - No Reason to Get you Down

In all of my years in the fitness industry, my most frequently busted myth is the notion that to be effective, workouts have to take place in the gym and last no less than 60 minutes in duration. Whether it's a rainy lazy Saturday, or the end of a long school day, just five minutes of movement - a plank, a Russian twist, or a set of pushups will do wonders at refreshing the mind, energizing the body and perking up your spirit. Here, a little ingenuity and a baby watermelon did the trick!
